In March, 2013, Libby earned her yoga teacher certification from Rina Yoga while simultaneously becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Libby is the founder and President of Stretch Work Yoga. SWY was incorporated in July, 2013. SWY has since then grown into a dynamic group of teachers, added additional services to its repertoire and continues to expand geographically by offering its services throughout Miami-Dade County, Florida. In early 2017, Libby was accredited as an (Experienced) E-RYT and as a YACEP, signifying over 1000 completed teaching hours and ready to serve the yoga community as a "Continuing Education Provider" for other yoga instructors.

Veronica's classes are flow-based and weave inspiration into every movement, allowing our bodies to speak while we patiently observe and transform into better versions of ourselves; mind, body & soul consciousness. She practices because it's healed and strengthened her body and she firmly believes it should be incorporated into everyone’s workout regime. Veronica became a Certified teacher of Vinyasa Yoga in 2012 and has also explored Hatha, Yin & Iyengar throughout the years. She is an E-RYT 200 certified instructor and certified in Pranayama techniques, AntiGravity Fitness, and TRX Suspension training.
Libby discovered yoga during a time when she was realizing a deeper purpose in her life. Having experienced both loss and gain, she knew how important it was to create balance thereby invoking her personal growth. As a yoga student, she learned how to connect her practice to her lifestyle. As an instructor, she has learned how to teach her students to do the same. She aspires to assist her students in surpassing self-imposed limits in every capacity of their lives (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).
Any and every one who comes in contact with Libby’s vibrant energy immediately wants more; more laughs, more motivation, and well, more Stretch Work Yoga. Frankly, it’s what makes her business thrive and it is what drives her to excel in her craft. She graciously, and some would even say effortlessly, personifies the silver lining to every dark cloud. Her classes provide a platform for people to come as they are, and she has every intention of having them leave better than they came. She has always been the type to ‘push the envelope’ and find magic outside the norm. Her desire to share that magic with everyone she encounters and show them how to find (and keep) it, while radiating individuality, is the reason why Libby’s classes and SWY has illuminated the lives of many. She just vibes different and that’s what we love most about SWY and its vibrant founder.
Upon returning to the United States Anamaria began teaching yoga at The University of Miami and still practices there.
The Yoga Alliance would not ‘recognize’ the 200-hr. teacher from Nepal, so Ana had to earn yet another 200 certificate from URENERGY Yoga in Miami under the tutelage of Nicolay del Salto to become an RYT with Yoga Alliance.
While teaching with UM and the City of Miami’s Bayfront Park Program, Ana also earned her Certified Personal Trainer Certificate with the National Council on Strength and Fitness.

Born in Cuba and raised in Madrid, Claudia found Yoga 5 years ago in Miami. It was love at first class! Yoga became her passion since then. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2016, and has been teaching in English and Spanish for the last three years. Her classes are well structured and organized, simultaneously gives space to her students to play with the poses and listen to their bodies. Her style is very flowy, an interesting mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa. There is an element never missing in her classes...good music!
Anamaria has been a fitness enthusiast since her teen years, as a gymnast and cheerleader in high school. It was then that she became interested in meditation and yoga. She went on to study ballet during her college years. She never intended to teach yoga as she was pursuing a career in photography. Anamaria went on to earn a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in the Fine Arts. After a 20-year career in business, all the time still practicing yoga, she felt it was time for a change.
She decided to follow her heart and become a Yoga Instructor. Having already had contacts in Nepal, she left the United States to study and practice yoga with Sannyasi Shivagiri at the Aradhana School in Kathmandu. The Arardhana School taught yoga in the Sivananda tradition. While in Nepal, Anamaria earned her first 200 hr. teaching certificate.
Although Jenny wasn’t physically active during her early adult life, she transitioned into yoga almost effortlessly. “Almost” only because she struggled with weight and depression, which she had to make a conscious effort to overcome, and has. She made it a point to unroll her mat daily. Initially, she took to yoga as a tool to help control her weight with the hopes for a distraction fromdepression. Yoga became a tool and ultimately, a remedy. She fell in love in “almost” no time. Perhaps due to her organic energy which is as transparent as her smile is warm.
